How do I create an Erecap?
Erecaps are created using GinPro, a full-featured bale management system from Software
Builders Cotton Systems, Inc.
Creating an Erecap is almost as simple as printing out a regular recap. After
selecting the bales to be included and choosing the Erecap option, you can enter the email
addresses of any buyers you would like to notify.
When you accept the Erecap, it is automatically posted to the web and emails are generated to
any buyers you specified inviting them to view your Erecap. Buyers can then contact you via phone,
fax or email (all of which can be shown on the Erecap) to negotiate the sale of your cotton.
How do I buy an Erecap?
You can buy an Erecap just like you already buy regular recaps from gins- after you view the Erecap simply contact the seller directly to negotiate terms. There is no cost to view or buy Erecaps. Using Erecaps saves the seller from faxing multiple copies of a recap long distance to various buyers. It also keeps a buyer from wading through faxes, replacing them with an organized listing of recaps.
How can I notify my buyers?
Since Erecaps are posted on the internet, a seller does not need to fax a copy to each of his buyers as he would a recap. He can post one Erecap instead of faxing to several buyers, and automatically notify his buyers at the same time. When an Erecap is created, the seller can enter the email addresses of any buyers that he wants to notify. The buyers will receive an email that invites them to come to www.erecaps.com and view the Erecap. They can click in the email to be taken straight to the Erecaps Listings screen where that Erecap is highlighted.
Why are there icons by the Erecap listings?
These icons serve as links, in listing, the
icon is for downloading bales, the 
icon is for filtering in all recaps from that user. In my erecaps, the 
icon will delete the recap associated with it.
Can I download bales into my software?
To download bales, click on the
icon in listing. You may import these bales into your program using our format.
